2. Free Products (Mock Tests, Courses, Quizzes)

• ❌ No Refund Applicable: Free products do not involve any monetary transaction, hence no refund is applicable.
• ❌ No Cancellation Required: Free products can be accessed without any payment, so cancellation does not apply.
• ✅ Free Updates: All free products are regularly updated without any additional cost.

3. Paid Mock Tests

• Refund Eligibility:
  • ✅ If the mock test is not accessible due to technical issues from our end for more than 48 hours.
  • ✅ If duplicate payment is made for the same mock test.
  • ❌ No refund once the mock test has been attempted or viewed.
• Cancellation: Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of purchase only if the mock test has not been started/attempted.
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.

4. Paid Courses

• Refund Eligibility:
  • ✅ If the course content is completely different from the description.
  • ✅ If the course is inaccessible for more than 7 consecutive days due to technical issues.
  • ❌ No refund if more than 30% of the course has been accessed/watched.
  • ❌ No refund after 7 days of purchase.
• Cancellation: Cancellation allowed within 48 hours of purchase if less than 10% of course content is accessed.
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10-15 working days.

5. Paid Quizzes

• Refund Eligibility:
  • ✅ If quiz is not accessible due to technical issues from our end.
  • ❌ No refund once the quiz has been started or attempted.
• Cancellation: Cancellation allowed within 24 hours of purchase only if quiz has not been started.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation?

7. Refund Processing & Deductions

• Payment Gateway Charges: If refund is approved, payment gateway charges (2-5%) may be deducted.
• Mode of Refund: Refund will be processed through the original payment method (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card).
• Bank Processing Time: After refund approval, bank processing may take additional 3-5 working days.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:
